Voluntary Anxiety Workshop

Dear Parent/Carer,

On December the 7th school is closed to students for staff training.
We would like to take this opportunity to offer all of our year 10 and 11 students a workshop around managing anxious thoughts and feelings.
This session will be available online via zoom from
Year 11- 1-2pm
Year 10- 3-4pm

It will be delivered by Temi Olayinka who is our Education Mental Health Practitioner.

Heads of Year will contact students with the zoom link. The session is open to all students and is voluntary. The focus will be
